about

I wrote the songs for this album in 2010 and 2011. Released in 2012 under a new set of life and musical circumstances, melodic dreams of the infinite musical soundscape, relics, to be enjoyed.

Track Name: Nest Eggs
Believe for a moment that you captured someone’s heart.
Believe for a moment that they wanted to be caught.

Believe me,
It’s not easy
’Cause there are holes in your mind sometimes,
But I know
That it’s better to feel in the dark
Than overwhelmed.

There’s a silver lining
To every cloud.
So, settle your differences and
Leave me out.
I won’t take part
In this political game
Where everybody
Loves to hate.
Well, it’s a sad time
When the whole human race
Tells you they love you,
And you know they’re lying to your face.

Oh, Oh no.
We’ve fallen far;
Not much farther to go.

You can hold on to your family,
But you can’t hold onto your friends.
They are singing songs about you;
They’re bending notes they shouldn’t bend.
With the tripping of a wire,
You’ll find their hate just doesn’t tire.
So, board up the chimney
And block the door
Before they throw you in the fire.
